All prices shown on Postmark Online are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Payment

We accept payment in Pound Sterling (GBP) only.

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Payment must be received in full at the time an order is placed before it can be dispatched.

For security reasons, no payment details are stored on our systems once a transaction is complete.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep our website up to date, items may occasionally sell out more quickly than expected.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to choose an alternative item of a similar value.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products. If you would like us to confirm the colour of an item before purchasing, please contact us by email and we’ll be happy to help.

Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email. A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched and collected by Royal Mail.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder. If you’re still unable to locate them, please contact us at shop@postmarkonline.mom.

Delivery

UK Delivery

UK delivery is charged at £3.50 for orders under £20 and is free for orders over £20.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Second Class, unless an alternative service is selected at checkout. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.

International Delivery

At present, we do not ship to the EU or the United States.

International shipping availability may change in the future and will be updated on our website if so.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shop@postmarkonline.mom and we’ll investigate promptly.

Returns

Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund items that arrive back damaged or unsuitable for resale.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense.
You can either:

• create a return using our Royal Mail returns portal, or

• arrange your own return and send the item directly to the address below.

Original postage costs are non-refundable.

As colours may vary slightly between screen and print, if you are unhappy with the colour of an item received, a refund will be provided once the item has been returned in line with the conditions above.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as refunds cannot be issued until items have been received by us. Once your return has arrived, we’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event that items are returned damaged or not in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to you within 28 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

At Postmark, we take your privacy seriously. We only collect and use personal data lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR.

When you place an order with us, we collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order and provide after-sales support, such as your name and address.

If you create an account, we may also collect your email address and an optional telephone number. This information is used solely to provide an efficient service and is never shared with third parties.

Newsletter

If you choose to sign up to our newsletter, thank you. We promise:

• not to send more than three emails per month

• never to share your details with third parties

Our newsletters are sent using Mailchimp. Subscriber details are uploaded solely for the purpose of sending our communications.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any newsletter or by emailing shop@postmarkonline.mom with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites function effectively.

At Postmark Online, cookies help us:
